Complii acquires Parr Fire Protection Services, marking its 19th acquisition
Complii, the newly rebranded Compliance Group and a leading provider of building compliance services, announced the acquisition of Parr Fire Protection Services Ltd.
Parr Fire Protection Services brings decades of expertise in fire safety with a focus on fire alarms, emergency lighting, extinguishers, and a range of complementary services, including fire risk assessments and training.
Parr Fire will continue to operate under its current leadership, with Managing Director Ian Blackledge and Operations Director Dale Jackson remaining at the helm alongside their dedicated team.
