Complii marks 20th acquisition with Tay Fire and Security

Complii, formerly known as Compliance Group, and a leading provider of building compliance services, announced the acquisition of Tay Fire and Security Limited, a specialist provider of fire safety solutions based in Nottingham. This marks Complii’s 20th acquisition.

The acquisition enhances Complii’s expertise in the purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) sector, where Tay Fire and Security has a strong presence.

Tay Fire and Security, founded in 2016 by Managing Director Mark Sanders and Operations Director Ellie Sanders delivers a comprehensive range of fire safety and security services. Their expertise includes fire alarms, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, dry risers, dampers, AOVs, and sprinkler systems, alongside security solutions such as CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control.

Mark and Ellie Sanders, along with their dedicated team, will continue to lead Tay. With the added support of Complii, Tay will have access to greater resources, coverage, and complementary compliance services. This move reinforces Complii’s commitment to being a fully committed partner, dedicated to achieving shared safety goals through collaboration and complete clarity.
