We are happy to share positive half year figures (January to June 2022) with serviced apartment enquires up 173% compared to the same period last year, and up 45% on the same period in 2019. These figures are the result of our growth with to new client acquisitions in the US and Europe, and the return of business travel generally. With ambitious growth plans and the expansion of operations into North America and Europe, we are predicting a strong second half to 2022. We are all happy to see confidence in business travel continuing to recover, with extended stay enquires growing and, as a result, the increased interest in booking serviced apartments for extended stay, long-term and relocation requirements.This increase in extended stay enquires is reflected in our average length of stay figures. The first half of 2022 saw enquiries give an average length of stay of 51 nights, an increase of 11% on the same period in 2019. The same period in 2021 showed an average length of stay of 59 nights, driven by uncertainty throughout the pandemic that resulted in travel restrictions and extensions to accommodation bookings.Relocation briefs are key, with pent-up demand evident from a dormant market in 2020 and 2021 and a now buoyant employment market.
