The Ansor partners are successful entrepreneurs who have spent much of their careers founding, acquiring, growing and exiting multiple UK SMEs.
Peter is an experienced entrepreneur who has founded and built multiple businesses, including: specialist investment company, PSM Partners LLP; booking agency, The Apartment Network; and hospitality operating company, Flying Butler Apartments. He previously worked as an investment banker with Goldman Sachs and UBS. He holds an MA and MEng from Cambridge University.
Peter has spent most of his professional career as an entrepreneur, building multiple multi-million pound businesses. He has worked with Ed since 2000 successfully establishing, acquiring and exiting multiple entrepreneurial businesses. He was previously a partner at Oliver Wyman. He holds an MBA with distinction from INSEAD and an MA and MEng from Cambridge University.
Ed has spent his career building and transforming SMEs. He started his first business 17 years ago which achieved 3rd place in the Fast Track 100. He has founded 11 growth businesses and completed 8 acquisitions. He was previously a partner at Oliver Wyman. He holds an MBA with distinction from INSEAD and an MA from Cambridge University.
Ansor’s non-executive directors have been appointed based upon their entrepreneurial and business-building experience and their consistent delivery of attractive shareholder returns.
NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
David was formerly President and Chairman of Jefferies International. He built Jefferies International into a full-service investment bank providing advisory, capital-raising, sales and trading services. Prior to joining Jefferies, he held various roles at Deutsche Bank, including head of European equity capital markets and global head of technology investment banking. David holds MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Williams College.
NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Martin was formerly CEO of DMGT plc. He started and built the DMGT B2B business and international businesses, investing $750m. During his time at DMGT he built MailOnline into the world’s most read English language news site and established multiple platforms including RMS, Xceligent and Euromoney. Martin is a non-executive Director of the City of London Investment Trust. He holds an MBA from London Business School and a BA from the University of the Witwatersrand.
Tom is Chairman of Millicom and a Non-Executive Director of Nedbank Group, Woolworths Holdings, Royal Bafokeng Holdings and African Rainbow Minerals. He was formerly Chairman of Kinnevik AB, a £7bn listed investment company, CEO of Nedbank Group, and founder of retail housewares chain Boardmans. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and CTA from the University of Witwatersrand.
